How wonderful that you are considering attending a Plum Blossom retreat! We are so excited to have this opportunity to share with you, whether you are very new to mindfulness or have had many years of experience, and we are happy to help you along the registration process so it is as easy as possible. The following are steps to register for the retreat. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions.
Registration will open February 15, 2018
REGISTRATION STEPS:
STEP 1: Read general retreat information. Here you can learn about the retreat program, living accommodations, meals, and retreat fees.
STEP 2: Register for the retreat. Registration will open February 15, 2018. Once registration opens, you will find a link to the online retreat registration form here.
STEP 3: Send payment. You must send a minimum 50% deposit* upon registration in order to finalize your reservation.
- Online Payments: We process online payments through PayPal. (Note: Online payments require an additional online processing fee). Please click here to proceed to online payments.
- Check/Money Orders: Checks may be written out to Plum Blossom Sangha and mailed to 2302 Westworth Circle, Austin TX 78704.
STEP 4. Receive confirmation email. Expect an email from galespear@gmail.com when your payment is received. The email will contain additional retreat information and pre-retreat contemplations. For online payments, a confirmation email will be sent within 3-5 business days. For mailed check/money orders, confirmation will be sent within 7-10 business days. Please be sure to check your spam box if you haven’t received the email confirmations.
STEP 5. Attend the retreat! Easiest step of all.
SCHOLARSHIP FUNDING:
Retreats are a very special opportunity to deepen one’s practice, and we would like to offer this opportunity to as many people as possible. If financial hardship is keeping you from attending a retreat, please consider applying for a scholarship.
*Those applying for scholarship assistance are not required to make a payment at this time.
