Please join us for our annual Spring Retreat! This is a wonderful opportunity for us to come together, to simply BE together, and to cultivate mindfulness and joy together. When we come together as a community, we realize we are not alone on the path. We realize that many wonderful friends, teachers, and Mother Earth support us. All we have to do is take one breath in mindfulness, one step in mindfulness in order to touch all the nourishing and healing elements inside and around us.

Location: Our retreat will be hosted at the beautiful Ancient Yoga Center, located in the heart of the Austin Hill Country. It is also known as the Radha Madhav Dham, the home of one of the largest Hindu Temples in the USA. Established in 1990 and open to people of all faiths, it is a center for spiritual upliftment. Situated on 200 acres of picturesque grounds, the setting is beautiful and serene. Learn more about the Ancient Yoga Center.

Food: Vegan, vegetarian (no eggs), and gluten-free options will be available at meals. Unfortunately, due to the nature of the retreat, we are unable to accommodate other special diets.

Accommodation: Ancient Yoga Center offers a wide range of housing options. Overnight accommodations include a choice of private or shared rooms with an attached bath or private or shared rooms with a shared bath just down the hall. Shared bath facilities are complete with showers that each include a small private dressing area. Click here to learn more about accommodation options. Men and women will live in separate areas.  Couples may stay together in a 2-person room with a private bath.

COVID Guidelines: As an expression of interbeing and in support of our community, we will continue our Covid-safe practices of requiring that all participants wear masks while in all indoor public spaces during the retreat except while eating. As an exception, the Dharma teacher will not be wearing a mask while actively teaching. We ask that all participants wear and N95, KN95 or KF94 masks and not a cloth mask.

We hope that everyone who is able to will be vaccinated and boosted. However, given that this is not possible for some participants and that other participants may have additional medical vulnerabilities, our mutual commitment to wearing masks will give everyone the most protection.

Ancient Yoga Center staff members will be wearing masks; they may not all be vaccinated. Meals will be communal and there will be an option to eat outside if you would like more social distance.

There are multiple accommodation options, including private and shared rooms. There will be a commuter option for people who prefer not to stay overnight. We hope that these options, along with the ability to choose a roommate(s), will make everyone feel comfortable. Full refunds are available if you need to cancel for any reason.

We have developed these guidelines after careful consideration, taking into account CDC, Travis and Hayes County guidelines and the needs of our community. We are doing our best to keep everyone safe. However, please be aware of your own circumstances.

Schedule:  The retreat begins with check-in on Friday, April 22 at 3:00 pm and concludes around 3:00 pm on Sunday, April 24. A more detailed schedule will be available closer to the retreat.

Retreat Fees: Retreat fees vary based on the accommodation that you choose. Below is the TOTAL RETREAT FEE/person based on meals and a stay of 3 days, 2 nights (April 22-24):
