Each month, on the fourth Sunday, we host an introduction to meditation for those new to meditation or new to the Plum Village tradition. In addition to providing beginner-level instruction and practice, we briefly address: the history of the Plum Village tradition; the structure and format of our weekly sangha practice; and questions from attendees about our practice.
Although designed for new practitioners, these sessions are also a great way for long-time practitioners to refresh and renew their practice by revisiting the basics. Please join us for one of our upcoming sessions!
Every fourth Sunday from 4:00-4:45 p.m. at Be Well Austin Yoga House.
Attendees of the Beginner’s Instruction sessions are encouraged to stay for our weekly sangha gathering immediately following the beginner’s session, from 5:00 – 7:00 p.m.
