The following Dharma Talks are an excellent way to familiarize yourself with the essentials of mindfulness as we practice in our Sangha. These are given by Thich Nhat Hanh at a six day retreat from his 2011 US Tour and cover the basics of our practice including a guide to sitting and walking meditation, listening to bells of mindfulness, inviting the bell, mindfulness of breathing, four elements of true love and interbeing. There is also a session of questions and answers.
